The flat has been newly renovated while maintaining the beautiful character of the house and is tastefully furnished. It has an open concept with 10 ft high ceilings, original hardwood floors and is fit up with all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The house is located on a lovely residential street one block from the Halifax Commons (skate for free and enjoy Beaver Tails and hot chocolate at the Oval during the winter months or biking/roller skating in the summer) in the heart of Halifax and is walking distance to downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, and universities. One parking space is included and there is ample street parking available.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new Simmons Beauty Rest pillow top mattress. The second bedroom holds a double bed with brand new pillow top mattress. The den (can be used as a third bedroom or office) has a desk and lounge bed that folds back into a twin mattress. High speed internet, cable, 50 inch flat screen television, laundry, telephone are all included. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, quality cookware, and dishes.

Sleeps 5 – 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Twin Futon
