Meet Steve – HRM Representative / Leasing Agent
We are happy to welcome our newest team member Steve as Ansell’s Leasing Agent. Steve has worked for many years in Property Management; along with a customer-oriented style and a desire to over-deliver for our clients, he brings knowledge, know-how and a positive attitude to all he does.
He lives in the Lawrencetown area and loves to spend time hiking trails and enjoying the coastline.
Meet Merrill – South Shore Representative
Merrill has discovered her niche in real estate with property management. She has been working with clients on the South Shore for over a year and is pleased to be joining the team at APM.

She previously worked as a real estate agent, both in the city and after relocating to the Mahone Bay Area, joined a South Shore brokerage. Merrill will look after your home as she would her own, with care and consideration. If she isn’t on the road to a showing, she is making sure her children make it to one of their many activities!

Meet Richard – South Shore Representative
Richard has made his home in Bridgewater for 40 years, and knows the town well. He is a retired Law Enforcement Officer with 35 years of service to it’s residents and his community. He has a good working knowledge of residential and commercial properties throughout the South Shore and is ready to assist with your property management needs, especially in the area of multi-unit buildings.

As Ansell’s Administrative Coordinator, Paula is an accomplished, trustworthy professional with over twenty years of financial & administrative experience – which is a huge asset in keeping us all organized! Paula is a strong believer in driving and developing a business by fostering positive working relations with clients and fellow employees. Paula enthusiastically contributes to the Ansell team by instilling a positive work culture that obtains results. During her spare time she loves working on her small hobby farm, gardening, boating, fishing & hunting ~ anything that gets her outdoors!
Teena can turn her hand to any task but marketing properties is her forte! With over 10 years of administration experience, a creative background in graphic design and commercial production, Teena’s keen eye and attention to detail make her marketing abilities invaluable to Ansell Properties. Teena works to keep Ansell’s team on top of current marketing trends so you know your property is always getting advertised in the best possible way! Teena is genuine and great with people and really enjoys meeting new clients and introducing homes to new tenants. She wears many hats, while providing the best possible customer service she can. When she’s not working you can usually find her in a rink or court side cheering on her kids at one of their many sporting events!
Meet Andy – aka RighthANDYman!
Andy has been doing carpentry and handyman jobs for about 15 years. Andy started his ‘Handy Man’ business when he realized hiring others to do repairs & renovations was costly and lacked the quality workmanship he was looking for. Friends and neighbours quickly saw the quality of his work and needed someone they could rely on. Andy saw a need to provide his trade at a rate that was affordable while providing improvements his clients could trust in.
“It’s a great feeling to know that I have helped someone and perhaps made their life better and safer.”
Big or small jobs are welcomed! Andy has replaced baseboards, electrical outlets, switches and light fixtures. He’s rebuilt balconies & decks and replaced door & kitchen hardware, toilets, faucets and much, much more.
Mike is the owner and operator of Chance Media, a Dartmouth based company specializing in video production, field sound recording, industrial photography and animation. Whether playing a small role in a large project, or providing complete videos to stand alone, Mike has the tools, skills, and an innovative range of services.
Mike has an affinity for animals and can be found in his spare time enjoying the company of his four legged friends.
Ryan is the owner of Bread & Better Small Business Solutions. He graduated from Dalhousie University with an Industrial Engineering degree dedicated to improving business processes. He founded Bread & Better with the aim of sharing his process improvement knowledge and skills with local small businesses to help improve the local economy.
